Our Story
Drunk On Decor® was created through a love for a post-work tipple, and a hate for waste by co-founders Sophie and Oliver.
For many years, they had a collection of special bottles gathering dust on a shelf in their living room. With Oliver’s carpentry & DIY skills, Sophie’s sustainability expertise, and their combined determination to reduce their impact and love for interior design, Drunk on Decor® products were born.
They transformed the dusty bottles into dispensers and gave them as presents to their friends and family. As their COVID-19 lockdown project (who didn’t have one?!), they also handcrafted bespoke wine barrel drink bars, as well as a unique outdoor storage cupboard from wine crates.
Interest for our products grew &
in 2022, we made "Drunk on Decor" official,
bringing unique home decor pieces to your home. But that’s not all, because Sophie suffer from a rare chronic genetic disorder called Hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. She was unable to continue working in her usual office job as a sustainability manager, so Drunk on Decor® is also providing a way for her to continue to work whilst ensuring she has the time and energy to manage my chronic illness.
