Returns Policy

Your happiness is our number one priority and we want every customer to have a great experience when purchasing from Drunk on Decor. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy,  get in touch with us and a member of the team will be happy to help.

You may return your item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt of your items. We can offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in impeccable condition and remain unopened and unused in their original packaging. Please note that our Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any postage costs, unless the error was on our side. Please ensure you contact us before returning any item, so that we can process your return correctly and advise you on the steps required.

If you are unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged item, we will get it replaced or refunded right away. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to let us know what the issue is. To speed up the process, we’d be grateful if you can provide your original order number and a description or video/photo of what’s wrong.
