Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend you check this carefully and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

In the unlikely event that we cannot complete your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you choose between a refund or alternative product.

Delivery

All our orders are dispatched from Portugal within 1-7 working days using tracked services. If you need an order more urgently, please contact us and we will try to meet your timeline if feasible.

Tax or customs

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order may incur customs fees or an additional tax. The charges are based on a number of variables over which we have no control and as such we cannot tell you how much they will be. You are responsible for paying any of such charges.
